| Analytical Chemistry Akreditace programu Kód programu: P0531D130004. The study focuses on understanding of the fundamentals of analytical processes directed to solving a broad spectrum of analytical problems effectively. Attention is paid to develop the abilities of synthesis of knowledge and critical experiment evaluation. Besides practical skills to use modern analytical techniques including highly sophisticated instruments for solution of different tasks, the competences to design new analytical procedures for complicated samples, such as identification of metabolites, chiral discrimination, monitoring of production processes, analysis of cultural heritage objects, investigation of peptides and protein interactions with small molecules, evaluation of authenticity of food, detection of illegal manipulation with controlled substances such as drugs or chemical weapon precursors, as well as the competences to participate in construction of new analytical devices are developed. Graduate of doctoral studies is familiar with the theoretical and methodical basis of analytical chemistry. He/she is able to mathematically describe analytical procedures and processes, to process experimental results using mathematical and statistical tools, develop, optimize and validate new analytical procedures. He/she knows the fields of chemistry as a whole in their mutual context. He/she communicates with colleagues from other countries and presents his/her results at scientific meetings mostly in English. | UP | PřF | doktorský | Prezenční | angličtina | 4 roky | Ph.D. |
